Reflections & Observations

from my personal journey

about fleur + tori

I created this blog to be a companion to those who are on a journey to do life, in all aspects, together with God.

My hope for these articles and posts is that you will be inspired to take care of your mind-sight – which I define as the way you perceive the world and the stories that you tell yourself about your circumstances and people around you – so that you can grow more and more into loving fellowship with God.

Fleur means flower in French, and tori means bird in Japanese. I picked this particular name for the blog because as Jesus describes in Matthew 6, the birds and flowers are such beautiful demonstrations of God’s tender care, and they are a daily present reminder for me of this wonderful reality. I hope this blog can be a reminder to you, dear reader, of His tender, loving care for your whole being as well.
